By accessing or using the Dumps4ccielab services, website and software provided through or in connection with the service ("Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement").

1. Use of Our Service

Dumps4ccielab is a place for you to get certification exam practice test questions answers. You do not have to register in order to visit Dumps4ccielab. To buy any product you will need to register with Dumps4ccielab and create a "Member" account. Your account gives you access to the downloads of files that you will purchase.

You may never use another Member’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide complete information and use right email address. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

By providing Dumps4ccielab your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, like if there is any new version of file that you have purchased. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, including special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out by changing the preferences in your account settings. Opting out will prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.

2. User Content

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" means all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications therefore and registrations, renewals and extensions thereof, under the laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.

3. Our Proprietary Rights

All materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, PDF, Content, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User Content (the "Dumps4ccielab Content"), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Dumps4ccielab and its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the Service. Use of the Dumps4ccielab Content or materials on the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.

4. Eligibility

This Service is intended solely for Users who are thirteen (18) years of age or older, and any registration, use or access to the Service by anyone under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age you may use the Service only if you either are an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

6. Download Access & Product Security

A. Billing Policies. Different products have different prices. These fees and charges, if any, are described on the exam page of Site, you elect to use paid aspects of the Dumps4ccielab Service, you agree to the pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges, posted at the website.

B. No Refunds. You may cancel your Dumps4ccielab Account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. As permitted under the terms of this Agreement, once you pay and download file, after that you will not be able to get refund or chargeback of this transaction. You understand and agree that after download you shall not dispute this transaction for chargeback and claim no refund after payment and download. You can only claim updated version of product and in case of failure you can get updates of this exam or claim any other alternate exam of same value. You can claim updates for 30 days of any product after purchase date.

  • We highly discourage sharing of the workbook/exams pdfs hence the workbooks/exams pdfs are mapped to Laptop/Desktop MAC address. If one tries to open the workbook on other desktop or laptop than the registered MAC address; account will get locked and we will not unlock it for any reasons.
  • The workbook does have one-time print access. We will not enable print access thereafter, So make sure when one is using heavy duty printer which can print 1000’s of pages.
  • Customer will be provided with free updates up to 30 days from the date of purchase of written exams and 90 days free updates of workbooks, post that one need to renew his/her account to access the latest update. However, customer will continue to have access to their existing workbooks. If you pass the lab within 120 days, you are not eligible for further updates.
  • Customer will be provided with free updates up to 90 days from the date of purchase, post that one need to renew his/her account to access the latest update. However, customer will continue to have access to their existing workbooks.
  • If customer wish to renew their subscription/account, you need to renew within 90 days or before the account gets expired. Post 90 days one can renew their account however the renewal will be considered has a new purchase. Hence, we encourage customer to renew within 90 days of the purchase.
  • The renewal cost is 65% of original paid amount in USD if customer pay within 90 days, if customer fail to renew then the cost will be equivalent of a new purchase. (The renewal price can be changed at any time, without informing the client)
  • Every workbook is uniquely identified for each user with hidden words. If customer shares his/her workbooks/pdf with others, and if the system detects the share, the account will be banned and we will not entertain any explanation of any sort.
  • For any queries regarding Questions/Solutions, you can contact us on email: support@dumps4ccielab.com customer can open a ticket in his online user portal. Response time to any of the queries is 24 hours.
  • We do require HCIE ID/Cisco ID/Juniper ID and Official email id for security purposes. We do not sell without these details. We do background verification of the details provided, so request to give us the correct HCIE ID/Cisco ID/Juniper ID and official email ID.
  • The Workbooks/Exam pdfs are in secured pdf format and delivered via customer login portal.
  • License is provided for only one Device. And we don’t give license again if the device crashes or company security policies. Please install license on the device cautiously as the license will not be provided again.
  • We do support devices running Windows OS, Mac OS, Android and Mac iOS only
  • We do not provide Refund in any circumstances once the product is sold so kindly read all policy terms carefully before making any payments.
  • This policy is in effect from 23 November 2016 and in immediate effect for new clients and new renewals. Old clients will continue with the old Policies until the accounts get expired.
  • Troubleshooting set will be given only 15 days before the exam.
  • Diagnostics set will be given only 2 days before the labs exam.
  • For any future update you can check our 'workbook/exam updates' page.
  • New Labs are always published in phases. For e.g. if there is a new labs we publish it as First, Second, Third, ... till Final release

7. DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify Dumps4ccielab's copyright agent, as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit Dumps4ccielab to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, e-mail address;

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
